What an extraordinary local business. Had picked carpet out and had measured at Lowes. (Not a good experience) Decided I would try O Street Carpet. Saved $1,600 and had it picked, measured and installed in 4 days. Guess what they have great employees and customers service.

Wow! I cannot recommend this place enough. After being told by many big box companies that it would take months to complete our flooring project, we called O Street and they said that they could install the flooring in under two weeks. My wife and I went over there and spoke with Dave. He showed us all of their giant reams of carpet, had us pick one out, and then had us select luxury vinyl plank. The next day he had someone come out to measure. Dave quickly wrote up a quote for all of the work. Once I had paid 50% he ordered the flooring and it arrived in under a week. As soon as it was at the shop, he had his flooring guy come out, repair some sections of subfloor, and installed the new carpet and planks. All of this was accomplished over the course of two weeks, and the work was amazing. O Street has earned my business in the future, and their customer service can’t be beat. Thanks for everything, O Street!
