I had a great experience all around. The team set realistic expectations and delivered on-time and as promised. We hit some unexpected headaches from the shotty work the previous flooring company did before I owned the home. Monteriors stayed in communication and jumped through a bunch of hoops to work through those.

Grant Gilmore and the Team at Monteriors are top notch. We have had an amazing experience with Grant in selecting, installing and also requesting a warranty through Monteriors. Every step of the way Grant and the Team over delivered, provided excellent communication and we’re very accommodating for scheduling and install in this crazy market. Our carpet looks and feels amazing. We will be back.

We’ve worked with Grant Gilmore at Monteriors, formerly The Flooring Place, on two projects over the past two years. We were especially happy with his ability to coordinate the installations, even as things changed one way or another at the last minute. He also had a good eye as to what would work. We bought cabinets, flooring, granite countertops, appliances, and I’m sure more. The quality of the cabinetry was outstanding. We are very pleased with the outcome of both projects.

Just completed a second home remodel with Grant Gilmore and the teams at the Bozeman and Helena stores. It was great working with everyone at Monteriors, all knowledgeable and friendly professionals. The stores carry great brands and a wide range of products, from blinds to appliances to flooring and cabinets. And the installers are top notch. Grant was very easy easy to work, experienced but not overbearing, and a great coordinator—a real value add to the projects. Thanks for everything. I love my remodeled homes!

Unfortunately I can’t say I had a bad experience. I just know that my home had flooded and I needed a new kitchen and flooring and appliances. They sent out” Grant” 3 weeks ago. He measured my kitchen and I never heard back again. I would say that’s bad customer service.

We had carpet installed by Anthony Sr and Anthony Jr Amijo. They were fabulous. Not only does the carpet look perfect, but they were friendly, courteous and left our home immaculate. I would highly recommend them!

Ordered small remnant granite for a vanity top, easy rectangle . Ordered in February, told it would be a week. A dozen phone calls later (most not returned), and finally got someone (Erica) who would deliver on her promise to call back and get it done. All told, took 5 months and a lot of wasted time. Would not recommend working with Monteriors unless you use Erica.-
