The recent carpet install in our home was scheduled in a timely manner. They arrived on time with a crew of four to move furniture and even a baby grand piano. Their work is impeccable along with a complete cleanup of any residue. I could not be happier with the results. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your flooring needs. Jim is very quick to respond to requests for estimates and stayed in contact during the installation. We were replacing ALL the carpeting in our 2 story house as well as the entry way flooring. A huge undertaking and disruption to daily life but the team did a phenomenal job and made it bearable! Phil, Ray, Chris & Devon are an amazing crew – very professional and considerate. Their work is top notch as is the clean up and replacement of the furniture. Maia and Ellie Mae give them 4 paws 🐾 as well! We are extremely pleased with our new flooring. We definitely recommend Jacobs Floors Inc.

Having lived in our home for 20 years, our floors were in need of some serious updates. We requested several estimates and selected Jacobs Floors to replace a combined total 2,100 of tile and carpet with Cortec Vinyl Plank and Carpet in two bedrooms. Chris, Ray, and Phil did an outstanding job of moving our furniture, tearing out the carpet and tile floors, and then replacing both with vinyl plank in most of our home, except for two of the bedrooms. Once the floors were installed, they moved all the furniture back into place. Finally, they took excellent care of my wife, making sure she always had a room available to rest and stay comfortable throughout the nearly two weeks of work. I cannot thank Jim, Chris, Ray, and Phil enough for their efforts. They’re truly craftsmen!

Jim and his crew were excellent. Jim was out quickly to bid the job and able to fit me in to his schedule promptly. I was very happy with the job. I had carpet and flooring laid and both look perfect. The crew, led by Jim’s brother, was friendly and experienced. They also did a good job cleaning up. I highly recommend Jacobs Floors!

This place went above and beyond in our home! We had hired different floor installers and they messed up our home really bad and Jacobs floor came in and saved the day made everything look like it never happened! They took care of our home like it was their own! Very professional group of guys! They went out of their way to clean up the mess from the people before and move all our items back from the people before! We could not appreciate them any more for helping us get back in our home after months in a hotel from water damage to our entire home. Thank you Jacobs flooring for being such great people and we will definitely use you in the near future! I definitely recommend Jacobs flooring to anyone who needs flooring! Thanks again!
