We were so surprised when Lawson said they could replace our porcelain tile floor the next day. They said they could match our floors, but they didn’t. We have beveled wood throughout the house, that isn’t what they supplied. Once our bill was paid the salesman ignored us.

Lawson Brothers Floor Company did an outstanding job replacing my mothers hardwood floors. The installation crew was always on time and did a great job removing and replacing the furniture before and after the installation. The new wood floors look great and we would recommend Lawson Brothers Floor Company to anyone needing new flooring without hesitation!

We called Had an appointment the rep just came and wasted our time never submitted a proposal never even acknowledged my time. Perhaps 2000sq ft floor isn’t worth bidding on

Ethan made an appointment with me for 1030 am. On the day of the appointment he was a no show. I called the office and was told that he would not be keeping the appointment. I will not refer anyone to this company.

Great work! Their prices are fair and he is very conscientious. They installed bamboo flooring in our home and on the stairs. Stairs are hard to do but they did a great job!

I have used Lawson Brothers for my home, rental property, and my church (as volunteer property manager) for many years. The services have been hardwood floor refinishing, new hardwood floor installation, vinyl tile removal and installation, carpet removal and installation, quarter round replacement, and cove base installation. I had a minor issue only once and they addressed it well. Ethan, Todd, and other staff that I have encountered have always been responsive and friendly with me, so that’s why I will keep going back. They are also flexible in sourcing materials and working to help me get what I want. Give them a try, you will be pleased. Pat in St. Louis.

Had a terrible customer experience with Lawson. I contacted them about a month ago to see if I could get a rep out to look at some work I needed done at my house and the receptionist scheduled a meeting later that week. About 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time, I got a call from the rep saying she was experiencing what she thought was seasonal allergies but in the effort over being overly cautious in regards to the Coronavirus, she said she would have to reschedule the meeting the following week. Oddly enough, she called me a couple hours later in the afternoon and said she was now available to meet if that worked for me, which I found odd. I told her I was now unavailable and had to reschedule. After not hearing back from her the following Monday, I called her to schedule a new meeting time which we mutually agreed upon later that week. The second appoint time came and went and she was a no-call, no-show, and I haven’t heard from anyone at Lawson since. I try not to judge a company on one bad experience, but this level of incompetence will scare me away from any contractor I am looking at hiring.

Jason from Lawson Brothers redid our hardwood floors and did a fantastic job!! We have not had them redone since they were installed 27 years ago, and they look brand new after Jason did the work. We really are thrilled! He was totally professional, communicative, and clearly knew a tremendous amount about what he was doing. He offered to mix several different colors of stain and put down patches on the floor for us to see what it would really look like. We ended up trying clear/natural sealer as a first step and liked it, so we did not ask for other trials. Jason explained each step and what to expect in terms of the dust or smell in our house, and his descriptions were accurate and helpful. Next time we need the floors done, we will go straight back to Lawson’s and will request Jason (although I would guess that others at the company do a good job, as well).
