Place has GREAT PRICING I’ll give them that. But the place is so poorly ran. Customer service isn’t great. Jack was the only one who seemed to know what was going on within the building. These guys at the desk stand there and tell me to wait for Jack while they sit there doing nothing. Consistently have problems finding my order every time I go in for an update. A quick 5 minute check in always turned into a 30 minutes wait before even being helped. Had a promise date for product July 3rd, didn’t happen. Okay Holidays. Short 1-3 day delay no biggy right? Nope. Didn’t get my product in until July 15th. Over a month after purchasing and being told it’d take maybe to 2 weeks. Now my remodel has been at a stand still. Delayed and collecting dust.
