To finish my museum with green turf carpeting for my baseball room I first approached one of the big box stores. They delayed my original opening, continuing to state my order was “in the next shipment”. After two months of delay excuses, I dropped them and went with Sho-Me Flooring in Branson. They went beyond the call, ordering and installing a new green carpet within two weeks. That allowed me to finish the room just two days before my open house.

We recently hired Sho-Me to clean our carpet in our condo in Hollister. We found their work to be excellent and especially helpful were Rob and Chris. We now are working with them to install new vinyl laminate in several areas in our condo. Exceedingly pleased!

Rob spent the time to confirm the proper purchase and delivery of the red oak wood flooring, worked with Sherwin Williams to perfectly match the stain, and scheduled an amazing flooring contractor to install the wood flooring. Could not be happier with the end product and Rob’s oversight from start to finish. I would give “SIX” stars if possible.

Rob and his team have completed several jobs for me and they always turn out great! They are very friendly and clearly explain the process and cost before the start. They also allow you to inspect the job when done. They are great and I will continue to use them again and again!

Laid new plank flooring in my kitchen after experiencing a water leak. The two young men worked tirelessly and were able to get it all out back together very quickly! I love my new floor and would definitely hire them again!

Sho-Me Flooring did a fantastic job on replacing the flooring of our 1800 square-foot office. We have had it done a couple times and this was by far my best experience!! The laminate flooring is sturdy and looks great! Their customer service and quality of installation was very good! We recommend them to anyone!
