We would recommend All Surface Flooring without hesitation. They are locally owned and operated, and the owner, Roy, is a man of his word. There were some issues with the initial installation of the LVP in our home. Issues happen. The rubber meets the road in how a company responds to customer concerns. Roy made sure that we were satisfied, and was patient and willing to do what was necessary to make things right. The end resolute is amazing! The floor looks fantastic. The installers were professional and efficient.

We had a great experience using All Surface Flooring in Ballwin. We had carpet in our dinning room replaced with luxury vinyl flooring. Brad, Dale, and Kyle did a great job installing the floor. They were very professional as they moved our heavy furniture and proceded to install the floor. They explained the steps as they worked. We will ask for Brad, Dale and Kyle to be the installer as we replace carpeting in the house with luxury vinyl plank flooring.

I had linoleum installed in my laundry room today. Pat was courteous, friendly and professional. It was obvious that he wanted to do a great job, and he did. I am totally satisfied with entire experience. I intend to have more flooring installed by All Surface.

We love our carpet! Roy helped us choose a great quality carpet within our budget and timeline. Pat and Blake did an excellent job with the install. They were professional, respectful of our home, and got the job done ahead of schedule! Highly recommend All Surface Flooring.

We’ve used All Surface on two separate projects this past year and they were great to work with both times. Bruce came out both times and gave us reasonable quotes and scheduled the work quickly. The teams worked efficiently and paid attention to the small details which I really appreciate. Sam was the team lead on both projects and I wanted to give him a special shout out along with Isaiah. Owen at the store was very helpful in looking through the product options and settling the invoices. We would definitely use All Surface again in the future.

A huge thanks to these guys who did an outstanding job, Blake and Cole, on our carpet install. All Surface Flooring in Ballwin, MO is absolutely fantastic to do business with! The owner, Roy, stands behind his product 110%. We bought carpet from them about 5 years ago & recently noticed some problems with our carpet not wearing properly. We contacted the store and the owner, Roy, went to battle with Armstrong on our behalf. Through the entire process where I was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond any customer service we have ever experienced before ANYWHERE! Roy had our carpet replaced for us in a very quick and timely manner. The installers, Cole and Blake, were very professional, courteous and helpful & did a fantastic job. We are once again extremely satisfied customers of All Surface Flooring.
