Team Pro, Inc. a year agoI have been a loyal customer for years. I recently had a Winterization performed. The next day I was leaving for work and noticed my irrigation system was leaking water like crazy. I reported it on Nov 7th, 2022. I left multiple messages with Tera and she said they were really backed up. I explained the importance because it has been over 3 weeks now and freezing weather is settling in. I don’t want busted pipes which will be a bigger expense. They have not called me back or attempted to say when the service will happen. Just left us hanging. Well they just lost a customer. UPDATE! I had a local irrigation company quickly reply to a service call to fix Team Pro’s mistake. It was a simple job..Team Pro didn’t turn off the shut off valve all the way! The new company not only responded quickly, explained the issue, and DIDN’T CHARGE US.

Remodeling With Norm | Norm Bennett Consulting a month agoNorm and Lisa made a great team helping us design a remodel of our master bathroom. They listened very well. Norm designed the new layout. Lisa was amazing in how she caught onto our preferred style, gave us choices, was patient when we wanted more choices, and purchased all the fixtures for us. The only thing we directly purchased was the paint.
