Both crews were timely and courteous. Both the hard wood floors/ stairs and the LVP floors were done by experts and the finished product looked it. All “punch list” items were resolved appropriately by Jerry. We would go back to UB for future projects, we highly recommend them.

Had a great experience working with Shawn at UB Floors. We first used them to do the floors in our house, they did such a good job that when it came time to redo our business offices we hired them again! They were prompt, great at getting back to us and were able to beat the competition in price and quality. If you are looking for flooring, I would highly recommend UB Floors!

I reached out to UB Flooring after a contractor bailed on me before finishing a tile project in my basement. After getting more tile ordered as my original contractor gave me the wrong measurements, my basement flooded before they UB could come finish the work for me. Once I dried everything out, they finished the tile job and also were able to clean up and replace the flooring that was ruined by the flooding. Jerry and Melanie were great to work with throughout the project. They will be my go-to for any future flooring needs.

This is the second time we have used UB Hardwoods & Flooring. Sam was wonderful in making sure all of our questions were answered and that we got what we wanted. We got both carpet and hardwood floors done in our remodel and the quality is outstanding. The scheduling, response time and customer service was all amazing!

They installed new flooring to match the existing, and then sanded and finished it all. Sales, Office, and Workers were all friendly, professional and helpful. Job was priced well and done on-time. We are very pleased with the result.
