The folks at Creative Hardwood did a terrific job on our home. Jim gave a customized estimate that truly reflected our needs and preferences. It was clear that he listened to everything we said and took that into consideration when making his recommendations. I never felt like I was ever being sold anything. Jordan did a phenomenal job refinishing our floors. I have always liked our hardwood, but I had no idea that they had to capacity to look as good as Jordan left them. I still find myself just staring at our newly refinished floors. If I could make one suggestion to the prospective customer…. if you’re deciding between a clean/refinish and a complete sanding/recoating, spend the extra money on the complete sanding/recoating. The extra money you spend is worth it many times over.

We love the new wooden floors!! Creative Hardwood does a wonderful job in a short time! We needed the tile in the kitchen gone and the hard wood floors were done in a week just a few days! We recommend Creative Flooring to everyone!!

Needed repairs on a 15+ year old maple floor due to refrig leak. Needed to replace 4X8 foot area. Getting colors to match was very difficult, but CHF kept at it until nearly perfect. Took 3 insert/tear attempts to find the maple that would take the sealer and look like original. CHF was easy to work with and kept trying until we were all satisfied. Their installers were honest, hardworking, professional, and communicated well. Highly recommend.
