Phenomenal company! From my initial inquiry call to the finished job, Behr checks all boxes! Genette was so helpful in sending links and samples based on my colors. The measure was scheduled super quick and the owner Jerry came and provided great insight as to what would work best. Within my initial call, I had 2 bedrooms and stair carpeting installed within a month. The installation crew was on time, professional and meticulous. They matched new flooring with current seams, removed and reinstalled baseboards and chose gorgeous transition pieces. I will recommend Behr to everyone! Thank you all!

Behr flooring did a fantastic job from start to finish on our flooring replacement on the main level of our house. There was never high pressure sales, only wonderful customer service to assist us in selecting the best option and they were always quick to respond if we had questions. Not only that, but the cost was much lower than what other quotes received from local flooring “experts” who provided very little customer service. Once it was time to install, the installer took great care to correct any issues w/the subfloor in our 30+ year old house before installing the new LVF and always left the work area clean before leaving for the day. If you’re considering new flooring, I would highly recommending reaching out to Behr before other local companies or big box stores. We were very well taken care of.

I’ve used Eagan carpet & flooring several times and have never been disappointed. I’ve checked other flooring stores, but they didn’t offer prompt installation or the price was much higher. I will continue to go to Eagan Carpet & Flooring & would recommend it to everyone.

I met Jerry Behr from Behr’s USA Flooring as a neighbor in Luck WI. As a newly retired person, new to the area and living in a home full time that only been used for weekend cabin for years my floors needed updating. Jerry’s kind guidance and recommendations was totally what I needed! I couldn’t be happier with my floors. His installation team shot it out of the park. What was supposed to be a two and a half day install turned into 5 days due to no previous prep work being done. I’m just so happy I went with Behr’s flooring instead of the handyman that I was thinking of. They did me a solid and I would use them again in a heartbeat

After moving into an old 1920’s farm house, my husband and I were provided a great shop at home experience as we picked out flooring. We decided to go with a luxury vinyl plank flooring for the main floor and carpet upstairs. The communication with Jerry and the ladies on the sales floor throughout the entire process was clear and responsive with a smooth install.
