Very satisfied with the product and the installation. Brocks was quite accommodating, ordering samples of product they didn’t carry in the showroom and allowing me to bring them to my home for evaluation. They also invited the installer to the measuring appointment to talk through the trickier areas and get the most accurate quote. There was some miscommunication about the project start date and the amount of flooring materials ordered, but I’m very pleased with the finished product.

Unbelievable customer service! We were in a tight spot with an emergency with our active listing. Amanda was there to save the day. Her staff is kind quick, and efficient. They did the assessment and installed top notch product on the same day!!!! You won’t find anyone better than Brock’s Flooring, period!!!

I would highly recommend Brock’s flooring. Loren came out to my house and spent as much time as needed to select my flooring, it turned out fantastic! I couldn’t be happier! All my emails and texts were answered in a timely fashion. Ciera has been fantastic as well, she helped me with my bathroom tile as well as my countertops and backsplash, she got all the estimates for me and was always great answering any questions I had. It truly has been a great experience!!!

Ciara and the crew at Brock’s totally saved the day! Ciara came out with samples, measured and had the new carpet installed in an unbelievably short time frame. I’m pretty sure she’s magic! We will absolutely be giving Brock’s a call anytime we have home sellers that need to replace carpet before listing their homes! Their communication is unmatched, service is unbeatable!!!

My original contractor provided nothing but empty promises. Ciara stepped right up to get the carpet installed the next day. Amazed and how quick things went, how great it all looked and just how personable everyone was on the install. Sure wish I would have had them do my carpet from the start!!

I just had the greatest experience with this company and Ciara. Just had new quartz countertops installed and between the place she sent me to Bob’s Wood Specilities I found the perfect product and between the ordering, arriving on time and installation I could not be more pleased.
