****Update as of 6/22/24. Superb contacted me directly and advised me that there were some personnel changes that affected my experience. The operations team scheduled a representative to come and repair all of my issues for no charge. It looks beautiful and I am grateful for the time they spent making it right. *** Superb Flooring installed vinyl floors throughout a portion of my home in 2020. I was satisfied with the price and experience. I’m generally pretty easy going with these projects. The installers had trouble with the moulding around my fireplace, and Superb sent a finish carpenter for that portion. When he arrived, he commented on the sub-par quality work on the quarter round throughout the house. It wasn’t part of his project to fix it, so it is still in the same condition as it was then. In 2023, I had another flooring project, and reached out to Superb to quote it. After multiple attempts to contact my sales rep for pricing, he verbally told me the price over the phone. I asked for a written quote, and never received it. Despite this, I contacted him again to proceed with the project, and never heard back. At this point, the boards have started to separate and there is 1/4″ gaps between boards. It looks terrible and opens the floor up to issues with moisture. There is one board that is physically broken from walking on it. I assume because the sub floor was not level when the floor was installed. I emailed my sales rep, and the generic “contact us” email address, and was notified that my emails have been blocked. Superb clearly did not want my second flooring project, and they do not support the work they have already done. I cannot recommend a company with this sort of business practices. On another note, the company who installed my second flooring project did great work on the trim. The floor looks great and they have a lifetime guarantee that protects against the type of gapping I have in my kitchen and hallway. There are better options out there.

I was planning a basement remodel and used Superb at someone’s recommendation. They have a huge selection of products and are very knowledgeable. Karen made the selection process easy, I narrowed it down to three and she made a great choice based on my needs, thanks Karen ;). That was such a success, I even put new carpet in a bedroom at the same time. Installation guys did a great job, were neat, in and out in no time.

We had a great experience working with Superb for our basement luxury plank vinyl flooring. Sales team was extremely responsive and made the purchase process very easy. Installation crew was just as good. Complete the job in half the time I expected. Beautiful install and cleaned up everything before they left. Would highly recommend Superb for your flooring needs.

Justin, along with the entire team of Superb Flooring and Design, did all the flooring in our new build home. The carpet was wonderful in quality and my mom loved it so much that she had the same carpet installed in her home. Years later, when we had issues with the carpeting on the stairs lifting up, Suberb took responsibility and helped us out with full repairs. I would highly recommend Justin and Superb Flooring and Design.

I am utterly appalled that this company is still in business given their complete lack of professionalism. We bought a brand new home, and Superb was responsible for installing our floors. After a third-party inspection revealed that the floor was bubbling due to their shoddy installation, they had to replace it. We opted to upgrade the product at our own expense. Where do I start? The salespeople were impossible to reach without us constantly chasing them. They refused to disclose the credit we received for the original installation, forcing us to blindly trust their invoice. During the replacement, their team left exposed nails and damaged our trim. Managers continually forwarded our emails and passed our complaints to others, evading responsibility. The so-called “repair” team was consistently late, or didn’t show up at all on days I took off work. The final straw was when they scheduled an install date, assured us they had all the necessary materials, and then showed up empty-handed! Do yourself a favor and avoid this disastrous company at all costs

We had the good fortune of working with Superb Flooring. We were looking to replace our second-floor carpet with a vinyl plank floor that would match our lower level. From the moment we spoke with Brian Sobczynski to discuss our needs to the second the installers left. Everything went smoothly. Their installers, led by Jesus, are true craftsman. One person in particular stood out. Gavin, whose artistic talents can be seen in the work he did on the stairway to the second floor . We HIGHLY recommend Superb Flooring for exceptional quality, installation, and prices.
