I love this store! I thought selecting flooring would be a simple task and it could be if there were not so much to choose from, and Dalton’s has it all! They have an endless selection of LVP, Hardwood Fndoring and Carpet. The sales team are all very competent and super educated in all aspects of various floor coverings. After bringing samples home repeatedly, I finally decided on an absolutely gorgeous LVP that adds style, elegance and sophistication to my living space. Looking forward to my next purchase of carpet for my bedrooms! ! 1.

We paid $4,500 for work like this, not really sure what else to say… UPDATE as of 07/13/2024: After posting this review they did reach out to me to have someone come out and fix it. I added before and after pictures of the fix which was a little bit of sealant and even more wood filler. Since then I’ve been called all hours of the day, weekends, nights, etc. and being asked repeatedly to take this review down. Screenshot attached of one of the weird manipulative messages I received from a sales person. I don’t really know what to say here, we paid a lot of money to have a professional company come install brand new floors and refinish some original flooring only to have an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience altogether. My intention here is to leave an honest review so that others might avoid the situation I’m currently in. If I could go back in time I would avoid this company altogether. Their attempts to “make it right” have been nothing but a stressful headache for me.

Dalton flooring goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. From walking in the door and speaking to Big John, Mike and a couple others, to actually having the owner, Sam dropping of samples to my front door multiple times was more then I would of expected. Even after ordering our initial lvt floor and finding out it was on back order till mid July.. I was able to completely change my order after seeing a floor I would rather have that was in stock. Our installer was Alex who was very friendly and did a great job except for a small issue… but once brought to Sam’s attention it was dealt with within 24 hours and made right. Thank you all for being so helpful and making this process a bit easier. I love my new floor. Thanks guys!!

They did an absolutely fantastic job at replacing my flooring. I couldn’t be happier working with this company, from start to finish the whole process was a breeze. Between talking to Ron about getting the pricing and picking out the best flooring for my home, to the installation/installers, everyone was professional, and they stayed until the job was completed. The quality of the flooring put in is absolutely amazing and as surpassed even my expectations. Absolutely would recommend this company if you’re looking to update your home with new flooring.
