The installers did a fine job putting the floor down. I had some concerns that they put nothing down to cover the hardwood floors. The floors are older so it’s hard to tell if any damage was done but I would ask them to put something down to protect newer floors. They also ripped off a door sensor during the job, and when I asked for either a refund or replacement I’ve gotten very little information or communication and after 2 months have received nothing.

I ordered carpet replacement through home depot and CFI is the installer. Honestly can’t speak to their installation quality because they keep moving my appointment. The initial appointment was two weeks ago and today got a call that they are moving the appointment yet again. Seriously regretting going to home depot and CFI. Right now I have no hopes of them ever installing the carpet. I understand that things come up and sometimes you have to reschedule but it’s happened three times now and it’s inexcusable.

We had vinyl plank & carpet installed throughout the whole house. Sam & his crew installed the vinyl. Simon & his crew installed the carpet. Excellent work! Thank you!!

Had carpet installed by CFI through Home Depot. The initial install was good. after 4 years the carpet began to split at one the seams and began delaminating. Notified and requested a repair. CFI did send someone to my home to do a repair on the seam. within 2 weeks carpet was back to the same condition and falling apart again. When i notified CFI the carpet was falling apart they sent more team members out to review and stated carpet cannot be repaired but they would get in touch with Home depot and work on getting my carper fixed/replaced. They took WEEKS and I mean WEEKS to respond. said they forgot my name at one point and that’s why I had not heard back. after weeks of waiting they did nothing, turned me over to home depot for them to also claim my warranty was voided and now my carpet is falling apart due to a faulty product, install and repair job!! SO Disappoint with the customer service and overall experience with this!!

CFI Livonia installed our carpet today (we purchased through Home Depot) and H was incredibly professional, was very detail oriented, and provided thorough explanations throughout the installation. He did a great job installing our carpet and we were extremely pleased with the entire process.

The flooring teams from CFI did a great job on my home in Mason, Ohio. The hardwood team was extremely professional and their attention to detail was unmatched. The finished product was awesome. I highly recommend them for you next flooring install.

CFI was to install my vinyl plank flooring on Tuesday. They came out and said flooring was too cold because delivery people left it in garage. Kevin said he would be back Thursday. No show. Shanice at CFI said he would be back Saturday. No show again. Called CFi and they aren’t open on Saturday!!!!Terrible customer service!!!! Someone should get fired and Home Depot should contract with a different installer! TERRIBLE service!!!

The installer for my carpeting was Jason. He was fantastic. Meticulous, detail oriented and extremely professional. While laying the padding, he noticed a slight difference in the density of two different rolls. It was so slight that I didn’t even notice it at first. Instead of just continuing with the install, he told me that he would return with new padding the following day. He returned promptly the next day with the new padding. Not only did he replace the incorrect padding, but he replaced everything that he had done the prior day to make sure that the padding was consistent throughout. The finished installation was perfect!! Jason did an outstanding job, more than willing to go the extra mile. You can be proud to have him in your employ.
