I cannot recommend 1 Wood Floors enough. Roslyn and Ed treat their customers like family and are just wonderful people in general- they are genuinely so responsive, anticipate customers’ needs and want to help in any way possible. I purchased hardwood flooring from their store, and Roslyn was so expeditious and thorough with providing quotes and helping me select a product. Much to my regret, I did not book an install through their store and instead went with an independent installer I had made arrangements with a while before finding them. When I started noticing issues with this installer’s work, Ed was kind enough to come out and inspect the job himself. He was very thorough and offered some super helpful guidance I greatly appreciated as a first-time homeowner dealing with a flooring install. You don’t encounter this kind of service often these days.

I can’t recommend Ed, Roslyn and their team enough. From the first visit out to project completion, the communication, workmanship and care that went into our new floors is second to none. The final product was nothing short of the level of outstanding prep work that was done prior to the flooring install. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else for our future flooring projects.

Excellent work. From the beginning to the finish, all done in a professional manner and my new hardwood floors in 4 rooms look fantastic. What surprised me the most was the lack of dust. They contained almost all the dust while sanding, etc. Post job clean up was minimal:) The workers were professional and worked hard. My job was completed exactly as planned and the team at the shop do a careful job of planning out all aspects. Really well done and highly recommend 1 Wood Floors to anyone wanting to update their existing floors to hardwood. Thank you!

Great experience working with 1 wood floor installing our new solid wood floor for our home. Initially I had in-store appt with Megan, she helped me choosing a few candidate wood floors, answered my questions about pricing, timing, walked me thru the whole process and payment options etc during my first visit. She is very knowledgeable about wood floors and yet patient and kind. After about a week, had a in-home measurement with Ed. During the appt Ed explained me pros and cons about the floors that I like and gave me some good advices which eventually helped me choosing the product. After the measurement appt Megan sent me 2 different quotes for 2 products that I like and I chose the one within budget and signed the contract. Then we confirmed the delivery day and installation day. Scott is our installation guy he did fantastic job. Quick and clean. We have about 800 sqft and it only took him about 7 days to finish both demo and installation. Both my wife and I are really happy with the result. The new floor looks amazing. Strongly recommended 1 wood floor!

1 Wood Floors did an excellent job on my wood floor refinishing project. I highly recommend their services. They expertly replaced damaged pieces of wood, replaced (upgraded) base molding, sanded without making a mess and helped me select a water-based finish that is gorgeous! A super beautiful result! Everyone with the company was a pleasure to work with, too!

Outstanding!!! From my first contact with 1 Wood Floors to the completion of the floors it was a wonderful experience. The quality of the workmanship was flawless. They were wonderful to explain everything, and were extremely accommodating. They followed up regularly, keeping me informed through the entire process from selection and ordering through the installation. I couldn’t be happier. Everybody I was in contact with was truly wonderful. Great company and customer care!!!
