We replaced our kitchen floor due to water damage and decided it was time to replace the stairway rugs and two adjacent rooms. Working with Pam Blanchette was great! She is the consummate professional and her experience and knowledge made it easy, affordable and enjoyable. The crew that installed the carpet and rugs were the best. We won’t go anywhere else, Thank you !

Pam was a real pleasure to work with and the installers did a great job. We had Bradford install hardwood throughout our townhouse as part of a renovation project. It was a complex job that was broken up into three phases due to our overall renovation schedule. Bradford was very accommodating and available when we needed them at each phase. The neighbors love our floors and one of them also used Bradford. We highly recommend Bradford and especially Pam.

Working with Pam was an absolutely delight. We went in with several projects in mind and were feeling quite overwhelmed. She suggested we break it down into multiple small projects and tackle each one at a time. It was just what we needed. Pam led us through all of our options, both in style and financially, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. We re-carpeted two rooms and replaced the stair runner and have other projects in mind up for the future. We will 100% be back. As someone with next to no interior design knowledge, we are so lucky to have found Pam, who really helped us make the right decisions for our space without ever feeling pressured, or like we were buying some thing that was more than what we needed. Pro-tip: check out the remnant section, the carpet we got for the stair runner is absolutely stunning, and was at an incredible price!

First time customers and we could not have been more pleased. The entire experience with Bradford Floor & Home was top shelf. Pam was our design consultant and helped us with selection of floor and was the POC to the finish. She came to the home for measurement, helped co-ordinate the Bradford install and followed up to make sure the finished product was what we expected. Bradford Floor and Home was our first choice when looking for flooring and other options while we updated our home. They had many options to choose from and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Everyone there was so personable and friendly. The installers were clean and professional. We were also impressed with the attention of detail with the tile work we had done from the underlayment of the materials that were needed to the finished product. We have used Bradford for our foyer, stair runner and office space. To say our experience was sublime would be an understatement. From the first time we entered to the last tile installed, everything was perfection. The showroom, sales staff, behind-the-scenes managers- everyone is there to ensure a smooth and well-executed experience.
