I had to buy about 650 sq feet from this place, and the contractor sent me there. They are so rude and condescending. They offer 0 help. You are on your own if you don’t know what you need. I had to go a couple of times as we needed more and each time it was stressful to try and speak with them. Now I am doing a second renovation on a different property and decided I rather drive 30 extra minutes than deal with the rudeness. Also, I told my contractor and he told me he gets this review from many of his clients. They act like they are doing you a favor so I rather go somewhere business is appreciated.

I’m walking down the street on my way to work this morning when a van full of your employees verbally harassed me while driving by. Unfortunately we ended up at a light briefly together, and this creep decided to take another opportunity to harass me. Disgusting. I’m sure their work reflects their actions.

Don’t ever come to this place. Customer service is terrible and condescending. The prices are ridiculous. They overprice all of their materials. On top of that, if you return anything they slap you with a 15% restocking fee. Stay away!

Price is fair enough.. but the worker on the front counter are rude specially the guy on the front.. they need to improve their customer service..
