This is our fourth time getting service from Carpet One Thomas Coker for different properties. He is again very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We didn’t even get another company to compare the price as we know Thomas Coker will take care of his customers and above all will do a great job. He assigned Melvin and his crew to replace our floors with LVT. It is about 1800 sq.ft. They did an excellent job!!! They are highly recommended!

I purchased wall to wall carpet for our entire second floor as well as area rugs for our first floor from Thomas at Priceless Carpet. Thomas was wonderful to deal with and the installers were great. They offer quality products at a reasonable price and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Priceless Carpet!

Met the owner through my work, and we discussed options since my husband and I had already started floor removal. We quickly scheduled for him to come out for measurements and bring samples. Install was very professional and courteous, with a beautiful finish! Mike is great to work with and runs his business efficiently and in a cost friendly manner. Photos include before and after… Also Dog approved 😉

Thomas and his installation crew did a fabulous job today! Thomas listened to me and adjusted the quote as needed. He advised me on disconnecting the oven and radiator. The crew arrived on time, assessed the job, protected my hardwood floors with drop cloths, and then installed a new LVP floor after removing the very old self-stick vinyl tiles and sub-floor. I was concerned about the possibility of click-locks failing if the floor was uneven, and because the crew chief took my concern seriously, he float-patched the floor to make sure it was level. Once the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up all the debris and put the appliances back in place. We couldn’t be happier with our new TRUCOR LVF floor!

This is the best place in Baltimore to get carpets. John Baldwin is a pleasure to work with. He’s not a pushy salesman, but a friendly nice guys, easy to work with who works with you to find the best deal for your needs. The installation crew were also very friendly and did an excellent job! Next time I need carpets, I’ll skip the big box stores and come straight to Priceless.

Priceless Carpet was great to work with! Salesman came out, measured my office space, we picked tile & molding, had quote back in at day. Was way less than my other quote. They worked installation around my office hours and had tile put in, in one day. The screw was very nice, quick, and did an awesome job cleaning up. Thank you, Tom! The office floor looks great.
