Just moved to the upper Virginia peninsula and began a home improvement project today. We had started a project in the first room with flooring left over from previous flooring and needed additional underlayment. The same exact product/brand costs just under $40 for 500sqft roll in local big box hd hardware stores, but would delay the project for a week time due to shipping time and being currently out of stock. I figured I’d check some local stores for their stock to finish this project. They had it in stock and charged my wife $150.00 for a single roll when she arrived. Now I understand cost markups and convenience fees, but 300% markup is just a price gouge! I don’t think I’m going to be doing business here for the rest of my projects and suggest you check prices elsewhere for your project. Not a good way to do business.

I’ve been trying to finish this project for over a year. I’ve checked out every flooring dealer in the Salisbury area. After being absent for many months, I returned to CV1 and Kurt listened and applied his expertise from years of experience. He offered excellent advice for my needs. We’ve had several great interactions with this Value Carpet One. The selections are comparable if not better than other local flooring locations; but ultimately the service takes the experience to the next level. This is a location I’d recommend to anyone interested in any new flooring.

Although we decided to hold off on a flooring replacement for now, we will be using this company again soon. We have used them in the past to remove & replace our carpets and we couldn’t have been happier. Great service, friendly sales associates, and very knowledgeable.

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. PLACED MY ORDER 7 WEEKS AGO. THEY COMPLETELY LOST THE ORDER. I EVEN WENT IN A FEW WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE INSTALLATION. USELESS, INCOMPETENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

What a wonderful experience. Christena Linton, was the wonderful young woman that helped me try to find the vinyl I am looking for and talked to me about pet friendly carpet. Wow, is She ever helpful. I will be returning there as soon as my decision is made. Great place, you will feel very comfortable there.
