When you have a “situation,” like I did, you need someone who gets not just your sense of urgency but also your intent and vision. When we had to have trenches dug inside of our house because of plumbing/sewer pipe replacement, UFDC’s contact info was given to me by my contractor. Less than a year ago, we had bought and had installed all new LVP in most of our house from a different company, and we had been very satisfied with the outcome. UFDC came in with a crew who carefully took up what we had previously bought and numbered and stacked it to be able to put it down again when all the construction was done. David, our lead contact, was so much more than “helpful”. He was on site, involved, communicative, and flexible. We discussed ongoing and daily stalls by the plumbing construction crew, for example, and he was flexible with aligning the reinstall as quickly as possible. He even checked his stock and came up with a few extra boxes of my product just in case, which I decided to purchase in case of future remodel or damage (and at a discount!). I did not know this level of customer service still existed. One morning the crew arrived at 6:45am because we needed time for concrete to set while other tasks could be completed. This kept it to a one-day job. The crew in my home on the tear down and the put back was hardworking, polite, and efficient. The work is complete, and I could not be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. Another company I am particularly fond of is Princess Cruise lines and every time I vacation with them, I say in my reviews that it is the people I interact with while onboard that sets that cruise line apart. To me, this is another situation where the people in this particular business ARE the business, and it shows with not only the attention to detail, the level of communication, but in the better-than-expected outcome. I would highly recommend this company without reservation, based on my experience over the last several weeks. Kudos, UFDC–can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was under very difficult circumstances to achieve perfection. 🙂 #grateful

We had a tremendous expeience with Dave Harris and his team. They had the arduous task of removing tile, old flooring , and 17 year old laminate. They put new oak flooring on the entire first floor including all of the c;losets and the master-bedroom. WE cam home to an immaculate house. This is the second time I’ve worked with Dave and it’s been a 10/10 experience both times. We bought flooring and installed it ourselves 6 years ago. This time we bought flooring and hired them to do the work. There were many bumps in the road during the project (mold) and Dave was nothing but patient and understanding and kind throughout each set back. I really appreciated his laid back approach to sales. I never felt pressured or rushed. It really felt like I was working with a family friend the whole time. His install team was exceptional as well! Highly recommend.

The Ultimate Flooring Design Center just completed installing our Mirage hardwood floors and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from start to finish. David the owner was great to work with not only because of his knowledge of flooring products but he was very professional, personable and was happy to answer all our questions. David assisted us in taking advantage of the manufacturer’s rebate offer as well as giving a military/veteran discount. The installation process went very smoothly and we were very impressed with their installation team as they carefully removed the old flooring, tighten up any squeaky sub-flooring problems and reset all the kitchen appliances and furniture. The entire installation only took 3 days which included laying 2000 sqft of hardwood flooring and 550 ft of shoe moulding. David communicated with us every step of the way including texts, email and phone calls including when he was on vacation. I highly recommend the Ultimate Flooring Design Center. We have now been back here for 3 different, major projects. New kitchen flooring, hardwood refinishing, carpet and premium vinyl for home office. Excellent selection and service from a very knowledgeable staff! Can’t say enough good about them.

Such a great company to work with! David was prompt and communicative—he provided a clear estimate with everything detailed out, which I appreciated. Miguel did the tiling and was incredibly detailed—I’m very happy with the result! They have worked together as a team for years, so communication throughout was very simple. Unfortunately don’t have a photo of the finished product on hand, but I’ll include an in-progress photo to show how detailed Miguel was with a difficult tile/size. We have a few more projects in the near future and won’t hesitate to use them again. Very happy with the shower, and highly recommend them! Already shared their info with multiple friends. Store has a big inventory of carpets, floorings, tile, etc. to choose from as well, and David helped us figure out where to get anything he didn’t happen to have on hand (we were on a tight timeline). Again, highly recommend!
