Quality Carpet One did a wonderful job replacing our basement carpeting with LVP and stair carpeting with newer, higher quality carpeting. Everyone was easy to work with, professional and so responsive. I highly recommend this smaller Crofton family owned business!

Our experience with Quality Carpet One was top notch! We were moving to the area and wanted to replace some carpet in our home before our furniture arrived. We had been to other big box stores and weren’t really impressed with the quality or customer service. The minute we walked into the store, Shawn was personable, professional and knowledgeable. We loved the samples that we had seen and they were there installing in no time! We can’t wait to work with them again!

Experience was great overall. The carpet looks great and the experience in store was excellent. The only thing that wasn’t great was during the install somehow an electrical wire was jostled which caused the power to go out in the room getting carpet. We did let the company know just in case the carpet had to pulled up to fix the problem Luckily it was an easy fix when the electrician came out.

First, Quality Carpet One employees showed up to work early. Second, they were ready and prepared to work by starting to take measurements and removing the old carpets and started cutting the laminate replacement flooring as needed. Work was completed efficiently and within the expected time frame. We were pleased with the work performed by the Quality Carpet One employees.
