Friendly, helpful, good selection, easy process. Installation crew was pleasant and cleaned up the work areas very well! Carpet looks GREAT on the steps! Gives the house a fresh look! Definitely recommend. Adding another review. Just had our kitchen flooring replaced. The Red Carpet and Flooring has great selection! The customer service is friendly and excellent. Highly recommend The Carpet and Flooring! I used them 14 years ago when I first moved in to my home and just used them again! Shooie and his team are great to work with and they have a great selection of flooring that will meet anyone’s budget!

Highly recommended! I am very happy with the professional installation of the carpet. It was nothing but a perfect job. Not to mention the high quality of the carpet itself and a very fair price in comparison with other places. We have been using this carpet for quite some time now and it is excellent! I previously have commented very favorably about my positive impression of Red Carpet based upon the selection, pricing, and installation processes that I experienced some months back. I’m going to add to that today, just after having received post-installation minor remedial services that really have to do with normal “wear and tear” rather than with any problem with the initial installation. First, the company’s primary interface with the public is Ramona who is a gem at customer service, which itself is a manifestation of the owner’s religiously-centered business practices. I secured an early appointment and was treated as if I had an urgent matter, which it really wasn’t. Second, Mike the installation technician is professional, polite, and obviously very good at his work, based upon how, by looking at the carpet, you’d think that it had just been installed. Third, Shuie the owner remains involved and caring about his customer every step of the way. All of us endure procurement-settings in which the only question is how we’re going to get the short end of the stick. It’s just wonderful to have the totally opposite experience in relating with Shuie where the customer is left to wonder if the customer has adequately expressed his appreciation for both what’s done and how it is done! I’m “not a robot” and hope that I will be utilized as a reference call resource for Red Carpet in the coming months.
