Unreliable, and unresponsive. Installed the floors and then went AWOL for weeks before returning to stain and finish. Did a terrible job, had to be completely re-sanded, re-stained, and re-finished. Delayed our rehab project by several weeks. Would never reccommend.

Mike and team replaced my old 2″ red oak floors with gorgeous 8″ quarter sawn, white oak planking. They sourced stunning wood. Installation was flawless. We are SO HAPPY. Their team was professional, polite and incredibly skilled. I can’t recommend Elite Hardwood Floors highly enough.

We purchased a new home in Arnold, MD and had the idea to refinish our floors just one week before moving in. While the tight timeline was nearly impossible, we reached out to Elite Hardwood Flooring to see if there was any chance of getting this done. The team mobilized quickly and Mike immediately came to do an assessment of the flooring and needs at our place. The team made themselves available to start work the next day and finished before move in. I wish there was another star that I could give them. I have built and remodeled many homes over the years and used a lot of flooring companies but none compare too the level of service and attention to detail. The installation was the flawless all the cuts were perfect. Kevin

Kitchen redone and decided on new hardwood floors to match the reset if the house. Mike was very helpful came out and discussed options. The crews were great, sanding, staining, and coating, the entire first floor. Everyone was on time and clean up after. Coordinating with Dan was great, very responsive, and flexible as our contractor schedule changed. Couldn’t be happier!!

Three weeks ago I went in picked flooring and asked for a quote. Never received a quote so stopped by today. Dan Vitiello helped me out and said he sees where I check out samples and brought them back and did not understand why they never followed up. He helped me out and found the sample so I said I would like to buy it. I also asked if they had a military discount. He looked at me and said why the He!! Would he do that and would I help him out with his taxes. He continued to counsel me that he was in Vietnam and received a negative response when he got back. I truly thanked him for his service in Vietnam and told him a simple no we don’t would be better than disrespecting the military as he just did. He did apologize.

Elite installed a solid maple floor with a natural finish in my whole house and I’m very pleased with the job. The flush wood grills are a nice touch, too.

Let’s just say…spectacular! The quality of the product and the workmanship is fantastic. Couple that with good communication, punctuality and finishing on schedule and on budget – and you have a perfect combination. Highly recommend!
