After meeting with several flooring companies I decided to go with Level flooring because of how personal, knowledgeable, and trustworthy they were. As nice as their show room is, their selection of tile and vinyl flooring is so much greater than other companies my wife and I visited. Heather spent 2 hours (30 minutes after closing) with us answering all our questions with out making an appointment. She had all the answers without having to even get flyers. They supplied all the vinyl flooring in the main section of the home and tile in the baths and kitchen back splash. They made sure the slab was level and the floors were plumed before doing any of the work!! What attention to detail. The owner reached out a little while after to make sure we were satisfied. The craftsmanship and price were very fair. This was the best experience I have ever had with any trade company!! Thank you Level

We are a builder and used Level Flooring on our personal house. 9 months after we moved in the shower in master bathroom was leaking. After several calls they came to fix and now it is leaking again. They will not warranty the item now. The install of all products was horible. The flooring in living area was not straight. the Laundry room tile was laid crooked and blamed it on the framer. A flooring company that knows what they are doing lays tile starting in the middle and working out which means the tile should have been crooked. Do not use this company.

Men showed up at the house without the material, after they did not know how to follow the design to install the flooring and bathroom wall. I would not recommend this company. The owner is not organized!
