The only reason this is getting a five-star review is because there’s no way to give it more. We live in an older building that has some unique construction issues and materials. We called Top Notch on recommendations from other past customers after the company we bought our flooring from came in and said it couldn’t be installed on our subfloor and they wouldn’t be able to fix it. James and Top Notch came in, quoted the job reasonably even thought they hadn’t sold the materials and set about doing an absolutely beautiful installation. From call to installation was four days. They did the entire installation in a single day, fixed what needed to be fixed, took great care of our place and did an incredible job. It looks exactly as we hoped it would. Communication from James throughout was incredible and comforting since we weren’t able to be on-site for the install. They are the only people in the area I will ever call to do flooring for me again. I couldn’t possibly be happier with the outcome.

Great experience from the minute I walked in their front door. Huge selection, reasonable prices, excellent work – and they clean up when they’re done! I can’t say enough about the positive experience Top Notch provided during our project.

I can’t say enough good things about their customer service! I was in need of products after hours and they were willing to open the store to help me out. This type of service I feel is lost with most companies these days, but not with Top Notch. Porchia and James went above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and shop with these folks!

10/10 Recommend Top Notch Flooring. As a first time home builder, I needed guidance on what flooring would work best in my house and within my budget. James & his team are knowledgeable, friendly and never made me feel pressured. They were proactive when it came to scheduling delivery and I love the flooring in my house. Shop local!

I am currently shopping for vinyl plank flooring. I had never been to this store, but the brand of flooring I was interested in referenced this store as the closest retailer. I was promptly greeted by Porche who showed me this brand, but also educated me on many other options once she learned what my needs were. She was very personable and her knowledge of the various options they offer was most impressive! We will be deciding soon on our vinyl plank flooring and thank Porche for her help guiding us through this process. Highly recommended!
