River City Flooring replaced carpeting with luxury vinyl plank flooring in our walkout basement and all the bedrooms and hallways on our second floor. Sam Terwilleger was our sales rep and he quoted us the best price in town (we shopped around) and gave us excellent advice regarding style and selection. The installation crew did a fantastic job. They were on time, courteous and respectful our their surrounding. The job was comple approximately three weeks from the time we visited the showroom and struck the deal. We highly recommend River City Flooring.

This is the second time we have used RCF for a job at our home. The first job was ~2000+ sqft of pulling builder grade carpet, quarter round and a bunch of other nonsense. Then laying engineered wood, thresholds, stairs/risers, 1/4 round, the whole deal. We’ve never been happier! One of the best investments we have ever made. This second job was smaller, kitchen and bathroom (~170 sqft). They delivered the same quality work and product that we had seen before. Bryan Hoffman, super easy to work with, very laid back, made the in house estimate and showroom experience awesome! Ivica Matesic showed up to the install as a one man show and crushed it! So easy to work with, calm and extremely knowledgeable. It was easily seen that he knows his business and is a veteran at it. 100% recommend this team and their products! Even Dana in customer care was great to work with. Its almost a shame we are out of floor to be replaced, they’ve replaced it all!

River City has just finished a third flooring job for me. I was so impressed at customer service and the end product when they first installed my family room, I had them come back for my living/dining room, and then again for my bedroom. I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else.

Sam Twilleger was our salesman and we could not be happier with our experience with River City Flooring. Their whole team was very professional and the service was top shelf. They ordered our carpet and got it in when they said it would be in and their installers were the best. On time and very neat and respectful of our home. Brian at River City Flooring was excellent to work with. It took my wife maybe 6-8 weeks to pick out the “perfect floor” for our project. We went to numerous flooring stores in town and brought home a car load of samples over the period. We kept finding ourselves back at River City talking with Brian and getting more of his samples. He was very patient and understanding with us.I explained to him what started out to be a kitchen remodel now had grown to the whole house as far as the floor. We are very pleased with the new floor and I have to give Brian and my wife all the credit for working together to get it RIGHT.
