I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering hardwood flooring on the internet. However, the team at Nice Floors answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to do so. We needed the same flooring we already had in other parts of the house so did not have the issue of choosing flooring. However, I was still concerned about the quality of the hardwood that we would receive. Now that the flooring is installed, I can confirm that the quality was as expected for about 40% less than the cost from a local store.

I was extremely happy with the service I got from Stephanie at Nice Floors. The flooring I started my home with was discontinued but Stephanie was able to locate it for us and it arrived a week later at our home. I was so relieved after it got here safe and sound and it was the corrrect product and color. Thank you Stephanie for saving this project.
