I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Korfhage Floor Covering. Josh worked with me to find a quality floor that fit my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for. He made the whole process so easy. The installation team came when promised and finished even faster than I expected. They were very professional and thorough and cleaned up when they finished. Before deciding on Korfhage, I went to a big box store and another locally owned company, but neither came close to the Korfhage experience. Have already recommended and will continue to recommend to anyone needing flooring.

my experience with this company has been Excellent. Five years ago, I took a chance and contacted this flooring company Based on a recommendation from a coworker. I was very very pleased with the product, customer service, and overall results. I’ve never seen an owner Takes such a hands-on approach ensuring everything ran smoothly. Doug {The Owner} was just a phone call away. This extra layer of customer service Provided Me peace of mind that everything Would be handled to ensure my complete satisfaction. Their slogan indicates that they do not just want a satisfied customer, but they want a Customer who is Extremely pleased with the end result, etc., etc. In my experience, the slogan is more than a slogan. They delivered everything they promised. Which is a rare thing in today’s world. Over the Last five years, I’ve used the company at least three more times And each time The teams they sent out were professional and courteous, as well as efficient. If anybody needs any flooring, I would absolutely recommend this company, hands-down, and I will be using them again . .

Our recent experience with Korfhage Floor Covering was incredible! From the moment we called to schedule an appointment, through the next day’s appt at our home with Jack, through our requested day for installation, and great installation team, we were 100% pleased. Additionally, the price for the total pkg of the carpet, the pad, the delivery, the furniture being moved, the full installation, and the disposal of the old carpet and pad was less than 50% of the cost of similar items from another carpet store. We were totally amazed at the level of customer service which we received and the price we paid for all the provided services. We will definitely use Korfhage for our future flooring needs. Our thanks to Doug and Jack and to our installation team for the great experience!!!

We needed a new carpet in our bedroom. We called Korfhage and Josh Davis came to our home with samples. He was a pleasure to work with. I a few days a team of 3 young men installed our carpet. They competed the job quickly and the carpet looks great. Everyone in this process deserves a high 5.

If I could shout this from the rooftops I would. Dave and his team worked tirelessly to ensure my experience with Korfhage was stellar. He helped me choose just the right flooring for my home. The flooring is very high quality. His crew installed it without one hitch. Not one! Randy, Holly and Jeremy are the very best installers Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and HONEST. Dave was in touch with me every step of the way, evenings and weekends too if I needed him. I am thrilled with the results!
