Great carpet and great people. We worked primarily with Edward and Tony, both who were professional, helpful, and took pride in their work. They mean it when they say they will make sure it is done right and the customer is completely happy with it. We had carpet installed in four rooms and on our stairs. The stairs were difficult with the carpet we selected and the balusters we had. After the install we noticed that you could see where the carpet was cut from the sides to go around each baluster. America’s floor source sent someone out to inspect it and they decided to completely redo the stairs with new carpet, rather than trying to repair the original job. They removed all balusters, punched holes into the carpet for the balusters to fit into, and it looked perfect. There were no cuts with this method and I don’t think they could have done a better job. Very happy to see such quality work and a company that takes pride in making sure the work is done to a high standard.

Excellent customer service, great selection and great prices. Our salesman, Ian, is very easy to work with and communicated very effectively with price quotes and order status. We ended up purchasing quite a bit more from AFS than anticipated. I wish we had found this place earlier in our build!

Great selection. Todd and Susan were easy and great to work with – responsive and helpful. When we ran into some issues with install they addressed them fairly and made it easy to get addressed. Would highly recommend and will use for future flooring needs.

Wonderful experience from working with Todd Baldwin in the showroom finding us a great deal to the end with Edward installing. The process was quick selecting with Todd him finding exactly what we needed all the way to 2 weeks later having it installed. Edward was a joy to have in our home installing and worked tirelessly and happily to have the job completed in one day. Todd followed up to make sure we were happy and all went well. Do not hesitate to use this company. If you need any type of flooring call Todd first!

I am extremely pleased with the carpet I purchased from America’s Floor Source. Todd Baldwin helped me pick out exactly what I needed…a pet carpet and pad…to help with kitty ‘accidents’ that occur. His installer, Edward did an amazing job. So kind and cleaned up everything so well when he finished. Highly recommend! 5 STARS!

We were very pleased with the professionalism of working with America’s Floor Source. Matt Archer was the sales person who worked with us. We were able to take home a number of samples of carpeting for our project. Matt suggested that we use the online visualization tools provide by the different carpet companies. That was a great help. While on the carpet companies web sites we reviewed other samples that we had not considered. We found two that we fell in love with. They both had patterns that required a lot of extra work to determine the required amount of carpet for the rooms. Matt and the management team worked hard to make sure we got what we needed for our rooms. The installation team was awesome. They did a great job of matching up the patterns. They worked very hard on our install of four rooms of carpet and a stairway. Overall this was a good experience. We would work with them again.
