Not overly satisfied with my experience. Short version, they sold us a color that was no longer manufactured. It took almost 5 months to get things resolved. We paid over $7,000 for our project. I had to initiate all communications during this time but was always told they would “make things right”. After getting a less than optimal color installed, we received a $250 credit “for our inconvenience”. This BARELY covered the cost to move our furniture which I had do (only ONE installer). I would have rated a one star but most people ignore those. This was truly a disappointing experience!

My husband and I first visited Carpetland looking for carpet. Tommy Miller was extremely helpful in helping us make our choice. About a week later we went back and asked Tommy what kind of deal he would give us if we bought kitchen flooring as well. He worked with us and we had our basement carpet installed in one day. We are very pleased with how that turned out. Next we got our kitchen floor installed. A lot of work but again, we are pleased with the whole process. And our basement and kitchen look beautiful!!

Well I have to update my review. It was a communication problem on there end with my bathroom toilet issue. They installed my toilet over my new floor and everything so far is good. It took a while, but it was finally resolved.

Received a card in the mail about a sale they were running. We had been looking for carpet anyway so we went to see if it would save us money. They had a great price and installed within a couple weeks. Installation looked great, great price, I would recommend them for your flooring needs.
