Jerry was great to work with. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for in stock, but found it at a very competitive price. Jerry even dropped off some samples on a holiday to see if it would work. Install was ahead of schedule on budget and looks great! Support your local businesses!

Once again they’ve done fantastic work for us! This time they added the same flooring (premium vinyl planking) that we have upstairs to our entire basement. It is beautiful sturdy and well laid. They do wonderful work. Matt Zajitz is great at what he does! He even rechecked his previous work!

Ron Thomas and his son, operating as T & T Flooring, did an outstanding job of removing 900 sf of old vinyl tile from my basement floor. I will eagerly engage them to replace it with a suitable material. Good honest work, good cleanup, and a fair price.

(belated review) I needed a carpet for my steep old staircase a year ago. Floor Trader offered me the best price option and built a special runner (edged on only one side) so that the existing stairlift did not get in the way. They installed it quickly and it still looks great a year later. Thank you!

Do not expect Jerry to provide any service after he has money in hand. It doesn’t matter what kind of warranty the flooring comes with, if problems arise after flooring is installed, Jerry will not address it.

Spent 10 minutes on the phone with guy at store and he would not directly answer any questions. Called Lumber liquidators and answered all my questions in the same amount of time. Directly. If your going to spend this much money on flooring look at all your options call around and know the process. If people cannot help you with understanding and let you make your own decision you should not be buying from them. Just a heads up.

Floor Trader is honest business, great product, very knowledgeable, and saved me over $1,000. Compared to competitor. Also refunded me for unused boxes! Great to do business with. They recommended a great professional to install for me too,!

Prices and selection cannot be beat in town! After shopping at various places in Lawrence, floor trader had similar products at a competitive price. Installation was simple and easy, they worked around our home construction schedule to do multiple days without hiking up the price. We had one issue with a dye line, but Jerry offered multiple solutions and ensured we were happy with the service and products we received.
