After having a leak in our kitchen we wanted to replace our flooring. We were assigned Matt at the store in Clive. He was amazing to work with and is very knowledgeable about the different flooring options that they have to offer. Highly recommend Flooring America.

We love our floors! Flooring America was easy to work with and they were able to schedule us in within a couple of weeks of our initial visit to the showroom. We had a large portion of our home refloored and Don Hyde and his son were friendly, they worked well together and they did a great job. I would not hesitate for a second to work with Flooring America (or with Don Hyde) for my future flooring needs.

It has been great working with Matt at Flooring America! His customer service is top notch! He is easy to work with and timely in responding to any of my questions. They have a nice selection of flooring and I am very happy with the floor that we picked out! We loved working with Flooring America. We were on a deadline and Jesi Jordan was amazing at helping us! We looked at several other flooring companies in Des Moines and Flooring America went above and beyond in their affordability and customer service. Jesi did everything she could to find us an installer that could get the carpet in when we needed it done. Aaron A our installer and his team did a beautiful job on the installation and were timely and cleaned up everything nicely. I would 10/10 recommend Jesi Jordan, and Aaron A from Flooring America!
