Stopped at their store and selected some flooring they came out the following week to measure and give estimate, which they were late for and they never bothered to call and let me know they were running late. I had questions about the estimate and sent an email to them requesting a call to discuss and never heard another word from them. Very poor customer service. Sad for a company that’s been in business as long as they have.

Simply the best in our area. We replaced all of the flooring in our 24 year old home which was a huge job. We couldn’t be happier. Having Michelle help us choose color and product was like having a private decorator. She made multiple trips to our home to be sure her choices were perfect. From carpeting and vinyl around doors on the lower level to biscuit laminate and marble on our main level, she put together a beautiful combination to fit our home. She also chose unique rugs to compliment each room. The fellows who laid the flooring were professionals and did outstanding work. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them for all of your flooring needs.

We had a dog tear up some of our luxury vinyl that was over 7 years old. We could not get it at our original store so we called Rheinschmidts and Michelle helped order the correct stuff and they came and installed it today and you can’t even tell where they put it. It is seamless and looks like it always did! Best service and workmanship

Rhienschmidt flooring recently installed new carpeting in our living room. The service was exemplary from start to finish. The installation was of great quality and the installers were knowledgeable and friendly. We worked with Larry as our salesman and found him to be polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Our experience with Rheinschmidt’s was extremely satisfactory. We had LVP flooring installed and purchased new rugs. Taylor Grafton, our salesperson, was very patient as we dithered during the selection process and the flooring installers were competent, efficient and polite. Unavoidable supply chain issues delayed our products and every effort was made to keep us informed during the wait. Kudos to Rheinschmidt’s for providing superior products and service!

Michelle helped me pick out tile for my remodeled bathroom’s floor and shower. Her expertise helped make sure what we decided on was the perfect fit for our lifestyle and preferences. Plus, she made the process fun! She was as excited about the whole thing as we were! We also got some very high quality carpet from Rheinschmidt’s at a good price. Highly recommend.
