Everyone at Tish was wonderful to work with. Belinda, our sales rep was very responsive. The installation crew (Wes, Dalton and Ed) were amazing. Wes was meticulous about everything with the installation. They communicated their arrival time every day and just worked hard.

Never again. I have referred dozens of clients to Tish, but never again. Having an amazing showroom, good pricing and installers doesn’t matter if I have to call every day to get updates on orders and installs, just to find out the sales rep ordered the wrong material. They’re not contractor friendly, making me and my client jump through a bunch of hoops, to make zero progress. Never again. I would rather make my clients go to 3 different suppliers, than pay good money to get nothing done

Had a rush job (after a big box store changed delivery promise) to complete a recarpeting of guest bedroom in time for solar eclipse visitors. Richard was extremely helpful in getting us carpet ordered, delivered and installed on time the following week. Couldn’t be happier with the service, installation and our new carpet! Thank you Tish Flooring for helping us get the job done!

We just had all of the carpet replaced on our two main floors by Tish Flooring. It was one of our best decisions. Anna came out to the house with samples so that we could get a good idea of which choices looked best with our space. The products they carry are top notch and Anna was very pleasant and helpful with advice. Blake, the project coordinator, called promptly to schedule the work and let us know what they needed from us to prepare for the installers. The installers were great: friendly, professional, hardworking, and efficient. Marco communicated everything as the work proceeded. They moved a lot of very heavy furniture and were extremely careful. The carpet is beautiful, comfortable and expertly installed. We will definitely use them again when we’re ready to carpet the basement.

My husband and I have had quite a lot of experience with Tish Flooring, as they have done three rather extensive floor installations for us over the course of the last five years. I cannot adequately express the appreciation that I have for the care and detail that they have placed on our most recent project. Michael McLemore has been instrumental in the meticulous way that this installation has been handled. Our floors our beautiful and I could not be more pleased with how things have gone.

Very positive experience for me. I called Tish Flooring and a day later they measured, showed me some samples and they came to install 3 days later. The whole process was less than week and the price was half the price of the box stores. I was very pleased with the workmanship and communication throughout the process. I was very happy with Tish Flooring.

Tish gave me an estimate of $6600 for a 400 sq ft family room to install vinyl plank flooring. They tore out the floor on Monday and said then afterward said the floor was not level. On Wednesday still with no floor, they said it would cost an additional $7900 to level the floor before they can go forward with installation. This would make the total $14,500 for 400 square feet of floor! I have asked for an invoice with line item descriptions on what adds up to $7900 and they have not responded. In addition, they taped plastic sheets over items on the wall and the tape has pulled off patches of my flat paint which will require the entire room to be repainted. Big scam! It sounds like this is there M.O.
