Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs is a great group from Hope who helped us pick the carpet for our stair runner to Kelly who was great at the scheduling. Finally the crew that installed the runner did a wonderful job and the big bonus they cleaned up when they were done.

Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs in Indy did a great job on our new house. The entire process from final quote to install was painless. The install only took a day. We were able to move in very quickly. The entire team was friendly and courteous from sales to install. The installation team even took the extra time to sweep and vacuum to make sure there wasn’t any debris left behind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Shopped several flooring stores in the Noblesville, Carmel & Westfield area in order to replace wood laminate throughout the first level of our house and chose Jack Laurie. Everything went smoothly from salesperson Hope, order & delivery from Kelly and the install team. Very professional with good communication….,very pleased with the results!

Very pleased with Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs. Hope, our sales associate, helped us select the perfect engineered wood floor. We needed to match an adjacent room’s flooring and Hope went the extra mile to help us find that match. Kelly coordinated the installation of our floor. We appreciated how she maintained regular communication. Her updates gave us confidence that the installation would be completed well and on schedule. Finally, the crew that moved our furniture and installed the floor were top notch. Obviously experienced, they did an excellent job and completed the install in one day. They took pride in their work. Their attention to detail is reflected in our perfectly installed floor.

We had tile and hardwood installed. Their crews worked very hard and did fantastic work. We have lots of rounded corners, making the hardwood a challenging , and they made every cut perfectly. I highly recommend Jack Laurie flooring!

Excellent during scheduling process and install. Someone followed up with me weekly leading up to the install to provide updates. Install went quickly and smoothly, and even though I needed furniture moved, everything went back where it had originally been and the carpet looks wonderful.
