I recently installed Shaw loose lay for a friend. The sales process with Floors to your home was simple. The product was great quality and arrived quickly and in excellent condition.The only downside was that I was not told until we were ordering that our order did not qualify for free shipping. Not a show stopper, but and $250+ surprise at checkout I could have done without. Otherwise, great product, great service.

Frank is awesome!! Love our LVP floor!! This is the second time we’ve ordered from Floors 2 Home and would again! The planks are just perfect for our lake cabin. They are very high quality, way better than pictured and it was so easy to order, plus delivery was great. The first time I ordered I was hesitant and called several times everyone was so helpful, this time I just relaxed with a cup of coffee and chose… seamless!! With all the stress of a full remodel was so nice to have an major decision without any worry!! We aren’t finished installin so I’ll add photos later. Thanks again!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with customer service especially with Frank over a holiday weekend. Not only did he answer all of our questions about the flooring we were purchasing they also kept us from purchasing thresholds that would not be a hundred percent satisfactory. They also called a month later to see how much we loved our new floors. I have and will continue to recommend Floors To Your Home to any and all friends looking to have new flooring put in their home. The Product we purchased was more then what we expected even our contractor was impressed at the quality of the product we received and can’t believe what we paid for it.

Arrived on time. They called when they were an hour out giving us time to rearrange our work schedule. Quality flooring for more than half the price. We will order from them again. And the color was stunning against our stone work. We are still remodeling so no further pics of the mess in progress.

I have to say that these fellows are some of the nicest people to deal with. Prompt and complete communication throughout the order process. The shipping company was very fast and communicated well for a difficult residential delivery. Now the engineered flooring we purchased exceeded our expectations with respect to feel underfoot. And best of all, it looks amazing. We were very happy with the price. If you are looking for quality wood floors, be sure to give Floors to Your Home your full consideration. We are glad we did.

Everything about my experience with Floors to Your Home was amazing, with minor hiccups that I understand were through no fault of F2YH. As a note, I’ve put my ‘hiccups’ at the bottom for full transparency, but I believe the company and call center still maintains a 5-star rating in light of those. Just want to include as much info as possible for the review-readers! First off, we ordered samples of engineered hardwood to determine what to use in our home — these arrived quickly AND with samples of underlayment that we had not even thought about until that moment, so they were prepared more than even were for the project. The samples were the width of the boards we’d be ordering and about 6 inches long each I believe. Because they’re so cheap ($1/sample) to order, it really helped us feel confident that we’d reviewed our choices without leaving anything out, and we felt comfortable grabbing a couple extra just in case they translated better in-person than on-screen. Second, we wound up with some tight scheduling on the delivery window vs. leaving town and wound up calling customer service in a panic. I have never felt more comforted by a customer service call in my life than with these folks. I never had to repeat my issue, the agent had easy access to whatever system told her that our order had been loaded that very day, and she was excited WITH me to report that we’d get our floors a couple days before leaving! On top of that, if we hadn’t called that morning, an agent reached out directly from the shipping department that evening to inform me it was on the way, would arrive X day, and somewhere along the way I picked a morning vs. afternoon delivery window. My overall experience with this company and their customer service leads me to believe that all of their departments are cross-communicating well, they truly understand the needs and concerns of their customer, and they will do everything they can to make sure your experience flows smoothly. I will one hundred percent be using them again if I get a wild hair and go ripping up more floors in my house. 2 hiccups for the curious and if you’re using the review search feature: A – Long-length flooring in large amounts (30+ boxes) couldn’t get off the truck with the single pallet jack our delivery guy had, so I personally assisted in unloaded individual boxes by hand. If this isn’t something you are prepared to do, I recommend phoning for help or renting an additional pallet jack the day of your delivery. Remember – these are loaded onto the truck with forklifts, but off the trucks with a pallet jack and the help available in the moment. B – I could not order my underlayment and my wood in the same order through the website, I assume this is due to warehouse locations. So my free shipping wouldn’t apply to the underlayment – I resolved by buying at the local Floor & Decor to avoid a shipping charge, BUT, after my experience I’m betting if I’d called F2YH first, they’d have worked it out for me.

I thought the quality would be better. I bought vinyl and the parts that snap together were glorified cardboard. Several came damaged and several more were ruined during installation because of how brittle they were. Overall because of the price it’s a decent product but if you’re like me and thought the price was due to the factory direct, it’s actually get what you pay for
