The office staff was great in helping pick out what carpet was best for the area in our home. The day the carpet was put down the guys moved the furniture, laid the carpet quickly, and cleaned up very nicely. Would definitely use them again!

Blakley’s did a phenomenal job replacing the flooring in my entire home (carpet and laminate). Beth was great to work with (as always!) and helped me pick out the right materials and colors. I can’t say enough about Edin and his installation team! They were professional, worked tirelessly, and the end result was a beautiful install. And Janet … so wonderful to work with in regards to scheduling, etc. All around a great experience every time I have used Blakley’s.

The staff at blakely’s are superstars! I was in the market for either laminate or LVP and I decided on LVP. Super hard decision because it’s a big, expensive, scary decision. Enter Shelby… Not only was Shelby super patient with me, she’s hands down a goddess when it comes to helping you make an informed decision. She knows her stuff! Next up, installation! Enter Edin… Edin runs a smooth process for installation. He kept me informed the entire way. He answered all my questions and was so kind, accessible and went the extra mile on everything. His crew Elver and Alex worked tirelessly and flawlessly. These guys are expert craftsmen. They went beyond my expectations and I’m so happy! Kudos to Shelby, Edin, Elver and Alex for delivering the floor of my dreams. Everyone worked so hard on my project, and I appreciate each of you. If you’re looking for flooring, run to Blakely’s you will not be disappointed!

First contact with Shelby Young the sales representative was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and took time to answer our many questions and offered suggestions as well. The installation was done by Michael and Cody who were hard working and conscientious. Rather than rush to complete the job in the estimated time, they chose to come back the next day to insure the quality of the installation. I highly recommend their work.

I had a wonderful experience using Blakley’s. We had to completely redo a room from clean-up to paint and then the flooring. We recently moved to Fortville from the Chicago suburbs and needed a new carpet runner for a staircase. We saw that Blakley’s Flooring had good reviews, so we decided to visit the store. Our salesperson, Shelby, was really helpful. We have cats, so she first recommended carpets that would be more durable. She made some further recommendations based on the shape of our staircase. We brought several samples home to see in our space, and ended up buying the first one that she had suggested that we might like. Everything was easy from the selection process through installation. We will definitely return for our future needs – highly recommend!
