The cork is beautiful and came quickly. The moldings that the site offers are high quality but are only stained; they do not have the appearance of cork. You may want to order a small quantity as a sample to ensure it is what you want. It would be nice if the site had photos of those items because we may have made different choices, but I am still happy with the product in spite of it not looking exactly how I had imagined from the drawings.

Originally, I was looking for about 1,000sqft of vinyl planks plus stair treads to redo a few rooms plus the staircase. I found Riverwoods while browsing through home improvement forums and had found their pricing better than what I was being quoted locally so I pushed my husband to add on an additional 500-600sqft to our project because for the same price I was quoted locally for 1000sqft, I was able to get 1,600sqft from Riverwoods. Laura was so patient in answering all of my questions the few times I called that I was put at ease ordering online from a retailer I had never heard of before. I received my order a couple of weeks after I placed the order due to snowy weather in my state (I also think the shipping process was out of Riverwoods’ control as I believe my order came direct from the manufacturer). The materials were packaged well and arrived in good condition. I would not hesitate to order from Riverwoods again and recommend them to everyone!

I am so happy with my purchase. I have been shopping floors for my new build for over 2 years. I finally settled on Coretec XL LVL. I had a decent quote from a local dealer, a little more than I wanted to spend, but I loved the floor! I googled the floor so I could send the specs to my husband and was surprised to find the floors on Riverwood’s website for a fraction of the price plus free shipping and no sales tax! This purchase saved me $5k! I ordered the flooring and it arrived within a week! My only complaint was I didn’t receive much notice that the floors were being delivered (10 mins)! Fortunately, I lived next door and was able to meet the driver. The delivery guy was fantastic and got the floors as close as he could to my garage being the driveway was gravel. He was polite, pleasant, clean-cut, and accommodating I highly recommend this company!

I found Riverwoods Flooring on a flooring blog randomly. Some person recommended them and then 7 other people commented and said they used them too so I figured why not look into them. I was hesitant to purchase online and out of state but we had an excellent experience with Riverwoods. I inquired with Laura to get pricing and process information. She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely quick with responses to questions. Pricing was unmatched. I purchased the material for 53% less per sq ft than what local stores were quoting me with no sales tax and received free shipping. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered 1200 sq ft. of material on a Monday and it arrived by the following Tuesday in perfect condition on a pallet. Floors were installed this week and they are beautiful. Purchasing through Riverwood was easy and so cost effective. Would highly recommend!

Riverwood Flooring was amazing to work with. They were courteous and informed when I called to order my Coretec Duxbury Oak vinyl plank flooring. It was delivered promptly and they had the best price on the internet. I would highly recommend.

Laura answered all my questions and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some deliver mishaps but she’s on top of it when it comes to communication. I will be ordering my floor from her from here on out. Pictures will be posted soon or finished product.
