From the time my husband and I went into the showroom to pick out carpet, to the install, Courtney was a delight to work with! She informed us of an impending sale so we could hold off a few weeks before ordering. Prior to my going in to order the carpet during the sale, she texted me with information so I could just sign and be on my way the day I went to finalize. The install gentlemen were very sweet, fast and efficient. I was a little nervous redoing my entire home at once but they did it all in under 6 hours and it’s fabulous. 10/10 will recommend them and will use them in the future again as well!
