I LOVE my new countertops! The team was fantastic to deal with and super easy to schedule. The only reason for the 4 stars is upon install of my sink, the faucet was installed into the counter and was supposed to be in the sink (holes were in the corner of the sink base). It now is in the way of my window and makes it challenging to clean. Otherwise I’m happy

STOP!! LONNIE’S CARPETMAX – HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent thousands of dollars on my brand-new construction home for tile and flooring work. I MADE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. They only provide TERRIBLE quality of work. All the tiles in my house are uneven. Poor finishing. space everywhere. Hardwood work falling apart. There are so many excellent places in Rockford. Please do your research before you give your business to Lonnie’s Carpet so you don’t make the mistake that I did.

Daniel was our installer, he was great, we had five rooms of laminate installed. Everything was perfect. He cleaned up after himself, took all the garbage with him was very happy with the service. The flooring looks great.

We were looking for a remnant for our fire pit area. We wanted to add a top cap and corner piece to make our seating area pop! I should mention, the fire pit was built by another company who did not offer granite options. From the moment we stepped into Lonnie’s Stone Crafters we were impressed! David greeted us and walked us through the whole process. David took us through the showroom and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Next step their scheduler called and set up a time to measure and then offered a time to see the plans, and then scheduled an install date. All with one phone call! So efficient! The gentleman who measured was professional and even encouraged us with design. The installers were on time and did an excellent job! We love it! We were extremely impressed with Lonnie’s. Their professionalism, their efficiency, the quality of their products and the quality of their work! Definitely recommend them and would use them again!

They have always done an amazing job. This is the third time I hired them and I will continue to do so in the future. Everything was easy and clear. The installers were wonderful. They did a good job and left the place in good order.

We got many prices on hardwood floors and we decided to do Lonnie’s. Our sales guy Andrew answered all our questions and the installation crew has done a great job. We definitely made the right choice and highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.
