We purchased the carpet through Costco. Chicago Flooring executed estimates, measurements, and installation to perfection. It was all completed within 2-3 weeks which I was very pleased with. All around a great shopping experience. Next time I need carpet or flooring we will go directly to Chicago Flooring. Great family company.

I got six estimates, Nick was the last estimate I got. His company was able to get me the exact flooring I wanted and even brought me comparable samples. Fair price and works with your schedule. This company was not pushy or condescending like other companies. They will do any size room as my kitchen wasn’t that big.

I called and left pictures for Nick like he asked for, of my floor coming up in multiple places. He never responded or seemed to care about my problem. There customer service SUCKS, after they receive your money.

NIck was great to work with for my carpeting installation. He came out with samples and helped me select the correct carpeting for my project. His workmen came on time and finished quickly. They cleaned up very nicely when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

Bait and switch job in 2021 that caused me so much money and headach, much months of less lost time since the blotched job cannot be easily fixed. The supposed all pro carpenter team turned out to be no more than a cheap group of amigos. On a concrete floor with cracks, I tressed quite a few times to Nick that high areas need to be sanded down while low area need to be filled. Guess what? the lazy team just filled concrete all over the place. And as they installed the laminate floor, I got a phonecall :”the front door cannot be opened anymore”!!!! So they cut the door. Then the closet door cannot be opened anymore if they put down the trim!!! When I got there and spoke with Nick on the phone, he just called off his team and never came back to fix the problems. And literally no one else wants to fix the bad job they left behind. I wish I could give them a negative review. Nick was very curious and polite and I accepted their quote without haggling. Maybe they just thought they could get away with a lousy job with an Asian woman. My advise if you should make reference, but not rely on internet ratings for your job and watch your job progress like a hawk. I was too trusting of those glorious reviews. And I got bitten big time.
