This place is amazing! It was such a good experience, from the choosing of the carpet to the installation. Everyone was very helpful, Jordan kept us updated on the timeline. Joe & the crew did an excellent job. The installation is perfect. They cleaned up everything & left the place spotless. I definately highly recommend this company & we will definately buy from them in the future.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Jordan from the office helped my wife and I set up a measuring appointment and Xavier came out and measured all the rooms we wanted carpeted and helped us pick out the perfect carpet. Joe and Mike were very professional and got straight to work and came during the promised time frame. They even screwed down a few spots of subfloor in our upper part of the house and thoroughly cleaned up their area after they were finished. We definitely recommend Strictly Carpet and flooring and will definitely use them again for our flooring needs! They are veteran owned and super personable. If you ever need anything done they are your go to place for sure!

We had 2 small bedrooms and a set of stairs carpeted. On time, friendly, they vacuumed and mopped after tearing out carpet and padding that was over 20 yrs. old. They moved all the furniture. They did a great job installing the carpet and padding. It looks great and smells better with that stinky old carpet replaced with new. They moved everything back and the price was very reasonable. We’d use them again. Only 2 small negatives. They left the front door open almost the whole time. I shut it twice in the five hours they were here. And 2 doors are a little hard to open and close bc the carpet is higher. We’ll fix this ourselves though. The two guys were great, hard workers.

We had a great experience with everyone at Strictly Carpet. Everyone was so helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Team Joe and Ethan did the carpet installation. The attention to detail and post cleanup was great. We have used them many times. Always a great job. We are remodeling our house and they will definitely be doing all our vinyl flooring. Finding a good and honest full service flooring company is hard to find. My opinion, Strictly Carpet & Flooring is the place to go for all your flooring needs. Joe helped us repair a corner of a basement carpeted room. I was worried they would try to upsell the issue, but Joe and everyone at Strictly Carpet was very honest with the assessment! Mostly just tacking replacement!! From cordial customer service to ease and skill of fixing our issue, I highly recommend Joe at Strictly Carpet in Oswego.
