The selection, price and professionalism in this place is unparalleled. Barb is an incredible salesperson. Patient, creative, persistent. We worked on bathroom tile and countertop as well as carpet for half of my home. I also recently worked with Marni for window treatments which came out terrific and on time. UPDATE: I’ve gone back to Lewis again for tile and a window treatment for my kids’ bathroom. Barb has her finger on the pulse of what’s appropriate for any tile installation and budget, and Amparo is who I’ve started working with after Marni retired. She had excellent ideas and quoted several variations of my chosen window treatment so I could get exactly what I wanted.

She’s everything you’d hope for when seeking a professional to help you renovate a bathroom: knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, budget conscious, and, above all, eager to provide superior customer service. I am getting quotation for my stairs runner and had several quotes. This is the only store that needs us to pay $100 in order to come down and do an estimates (so it’s not free). They say that the $100 will goes into the deposit if we accept the quote but that’s not the point. Other competitors do free quotation and they don’t!

I am absolutely astounded by the skill and craftsmanship of the 2 men who did our carpet repair today! Their work is incredible! The seams are undetectable and the pattern is lined up perfectly. The carpet looks like new. We are incredibly pleased!
