Everything from Tristin’s assistance with carpet selection and solid communication throughout the project, to Cody’s measurements and hearing my concerns about the new carpet meeting the trim with the difference in pile, to Troy and Gary’s professional and detailed installation, I couldn’t be more pleased! Flooring America is awesome! From the moment I walked in to look at flooring to purchasing to having it installed was a great experience! Everyone was very professional and helpful. Flooring America came out in June of this and replaced carpet in three of my bathrooms and kitchen with vinyl flooring. I’ll just say this I was impressed with the results. I still have carpet in other parts of the house and Flooring America will be my first choice for the rest of my home.

We hired Flooring America to put in wood snap in place wood floors. This was our old house that we were getting ready to put up for sale. They were absolutely gorgeous. Our house sold in 6 days! We had an excellent experience working with Tristin and the Flooring America team. Everyone we worked with from sales, measuring, and installation were all very easy and pleasant to work with. The job was completed quickly and skillfully. The installers, Andrew and Paul, were knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They took time to address concerns I mentioned before they even began work, and then kept me updated on those issues throughout the job. After completion each day, everything from that day was put back in it’s original home and supplies were picked up. They never left a mess and everything was clean before they were finished. We are so happy with the new floor, and cannot wait to enjoy it for many years to come.
