Installers were on time, they checked out the area and went right to work. As professionals, they were efficient and thorough. Came and told me that they were finished, and wanted me to check out the floor. Love the workmanship and the finished product. Will definitely be calling them back for another flooring job in the near future!

Great experience from start to finish. Their quote was comparable to others in the area but were able to install sooner because they do have some brands in stock. Once we picked the carpet they were there within one week to install. They were very knowledgeable about flooring yet were not pushy with any sells pitches. The process was seamless and easy. I did not visit their store though I did try to stop by; however it’s by appointment only. I could have reached out but didn’t find it necessary. I do know if I had they would have accommodated a visit very easily. The carpet is great and we are happy with the whole experience.

NPN does quality work at a reasonable price. Juan and his family were very easy to work with. Juan did a great job on my lvt and carpet install. Was very punctual and personable.
