We are very pleased with the work completed by Carpets Plus of Bloomington. We did our complete renovation at “one stop shopping” with tile work, carpet, and vinyl planking. Barry worked with us to find the products we wanted and made sure the job was completed by our set date. Installers also had years of experience and did a professional job.

What a great company to do business with! We enjoyed working with Terry and our installers, Jason and Kevin were amazing. We were impressed with the professionalism and the service we received. We highly recommend this business as they provide what they promise! Okay, so this is the second time we have used Carpets Plus Color Tile and so happy to work with Terry Robinson once again. He is so helpful with design choices and is a joy to deal with. The new flooring in the new home is amazing and Mario and his crew were very professional and meticulous with their installation of the hard flooring. Please do yourself a favor if you are looking for new flooring of any type, check out this business first and you won’t be sorry. After all, I came back and will continue to use them if I need further work done!

Everything was good from the beginning to the end. Chris came out and we discussed pricing, looked at samples, etc. He was very patient, and didn’t push for something more expensive than I needed. Mario and team installed the carpet throughout the house in one day. They were very professional and kind. We had one minor issue, and Mario come right back out and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend the folks at CarpetPlus!

I give our experience with Carpet Plus a 5 star rating. Barry, our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. We never felt rushed or felt like he was trying to push us into buying something other than what we wanted. Mario, the installer, and his crew where great. They were very polite and professional. They did a fine job installing our flooring. We are very pleased and impressed with Carpet Plus, and will recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Carrie and Jason, and everyone I interacted with at CarpetsPlus was so kind and helpful throughout the process of getting new hardwood floors. Carrie was always available to help answer any questions I had, and kept me in the loop about the status of the project. She helped me pick out a beautiful floor, and addressed any concerns I had immediately. Jason and his crew did an amazing job with the flooring install, and they were always on time and very respectful. I’ve gotten many compliments on the new floor, and I’m thrilled with the outcome.
