I am so done with this business!! I needed to order replacement wood for my kitchen floor due to damage from my contractor. I was told how much wood to buy from a contractor referred to me by Lisa. He said 16 pieces so I went in and asked Lisa how many pieces are in a box and she said 6 (she is now denying that she said this) so based on that I ordered 3 boxes at a cost of $425. She said it was a custom order so it is not returnable. I was okay with that because I thought I needed 16 pieces. Well when I went to pick it up it seemed too heavy to be 6 pieces, I said something about the weight, the first thing out of her mouth was the denial of ever saying 6. I had a feeling this was not going to end well and I was right. I used the original installer of my floor instead of her referral and he was able to fix it using about 4 pieces. So I just went in to try to explain that I understand custom orders but I based my purchase on Lisa, denying again that where would she have gotten this number of pieces and me saying well where did I get the number from? She said I never say the number I only say square footage. Totally unprofessional and now I am stuck with a lot of spare wood that I don’t need. Her answer to this (when I mentioned it seemed too heavy to be only 6 in a box not the 12 that is actually in the box) was “they discontinue wood now you will have plenty of extra for future repairs)” That remark sounds like she knew when I picked it up it was going to be more than I requested. Oh well, I was going to get an estimate for new carpeting for several rooms and a staircase, but will never deal with Atlanta Prestige Flooring again and will never refer them to anyone as I did in the past. So disappointed in her.

Worst place I ever shopped at. Staff was rude. Just moved into my new home. The installers were very nice and did a great job. Paid over 3000.00 dollars padding and carpet and laundry room flooring.

We’ve been doing business with Atlanta Prestige for more than 15 years with our main house and 2 rentals in Woodstock and Canton. They’re responsive when we need a fast turn around, understand our needs, and (best of all) corrected a problem we had quickly by sending out someone new. They’ve filed insurance claims on stained carpet for us, and we really appreciate the service of a small local company.

This company is amazing! Has done lots n lots jobs for our family, always does great work. Billy has always taken great care of us… we will use this company forever… blows others outta the water!!! We have lived this area for 30 years now, used many companies.. dont bother..just call Billy.

Buyer beware….don’t walk away from this company…RUN!!!! I had solid hardwood floors installed by this company and have had nothing but problems…they don’t stand behind their installers or their service.I had to have a certified wood floor inspector inspect my floors because the job they did was an absolute disaster. It was one of the worst installations the inspector has ever seen…DO NOT trust the people at this company…at both stores (Roswell also). They will lie to you and never hold up their end of the bargain. They are the worst company that I have ever done business with. Now I have to spend more money to take them to court to get my money back, and have real professionals redo the entire house!!! DO NOT do business with these lying, cheating, unskilled people. I am truly sorry I ever walked through their doors!!!! By the way, there is no way to give them zero stars….or I would have!
