We had the flooring in our entire house replaced. The entire experience from start to finish was above and beyond. Landry did a great job answering all of our questions and following up as the job was being completed to when it was finished. The crew did a great job! Definitely recommend this company!

The whole program for our carpet from start to finish was awesome! I needed to have this carpet down and done in a matter of a short time and they completed it early and with such efficiency. This carpet is soft and beautifully cushioned. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. Well Done to all those involved.

Hello, I had to call and check to see when my order would arrive. Since I had not heard anything in weeks. The day I called I was told it had came in the night before. It was. good that I called them. Usually, people call you to let you know. I also informed the person that I wanted a backsplash installed. I was told they would give me a call. That was weeks ago Fast forward till today. My window was 8-11. They came around 10:15. Then said they had to go get more supplies. They left some of my stuff in the driveway and some in my house. They still have not returned ir is now 12. I tried to call no one was available to talk to me! O forgot they also asked me to move my car out of my garage. So that they could put the stuff inside. Needless to say I am very, very upset. This is a Trustdale company!

My experience with After Five Floors was wonderful from start to finish. Landry was great to answer all my questions and let me know what to expect. The installation crew was so professional, We have never had work done by anyone that was this organized and on time and always left the work area neat . They were easy to communicate with and I just can’t say enough great thing about the whole experience.

Apparently you have to confirm more than once with this company. The ‘owner’ was supposed to provide me an estimate and I did not reply to his text (how about a phone call?) within his time frame the day of the estimate. I did confirm the appointment a week prior. His response: “I’m really sorry. We travel from West Georgia to Athens to Chattanooga down to McDonough. For my first stop this morning you were an hour and a half away from there so when you didn’t confirm, I didn’t want to waste three hours of windshield time if you aren’t going to be there. It is very common for us to set up an appointment with someone and them not call the cancel and just completely leave us hanging.” This is not the customer’s problem. Two days wasted at home for an estimate.

After Five Floors did a great job on the tile floor in my new kitchen, at a fair price. Jamie was very responsive and always addressed my concerns in a timely respectful manner. I’m very greatful for the job well done. Just in case anyone is wondering, the tiles are MSI Calgary Onyx 16″x32″. The grout is Polyblend Plus in Oyster Grey.
