We had our carpet installed October 2023. Jessica was very patient with us as we took a long time to decide on color and carpet type. Always said she wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and we finally decided on a Berber. Working with Jessica was awesome as we were having to coordinate carpet installation with having the rooms painted. Installation went great. However, we had a problem with the transition from the carpet in our front room where it meets our hardwood/floating floor in our great room. Chuck came out and discussed with us the problem. He said he had to think about a reasonable solution, one he hoped would not cost us any money. The installers came out, not knowing what needed to be done, and said they had to go talk to Chuck. After a few weeks, I called, found out Jessica was no longer there, and told them I wanted a transition strip installed to cover the transition. I called to follow up and was told that they had to schedule time to do it. What? A 10-15 minute job and they had to schedule it? I finally got a local handyman to do the job and problem solved.

I had Albrights install LVP flooring throughout my house I was renovating in July. I can’t say enough on how great of a job they done from the sales to the installers. The office staff was extremely helpful in assisting me on choosing a floor. The installers had a lot of work to do considering the house had two layers of hardwood floors that was glued down to the slab. They were extremely careful not to damage my walls or paint too. I thought for sure with tearing out that old floor I would get some damage, but they were very careful and done a great job. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Albrights will always have my business on future projects.

We are so satisfied and glad we chose Albright Flooring to install real wood floors in our entire house. Customer Service is fantastic in this family owned business. Jessica is awesome. Our time frame and needs were number one! The workmanship is beyond excellent. Pablo and Luci worked together and the wood floors are fabulous. We are very happy the ugly carpet of 23 years is gone. The wonderful real wood floors have enhanced the look of our house tremendously. I truly recommend Albright Flooring for any flooring project.
